So we decided that we will be leaving Lomza on April 13th and driving to Krakow.  It is a 6 hour drive, but we will be able to go see Auschwitz and the Salt Mine.  Auschwitz is about an hour and a bit from Krakow and the Salt Mine is about 30 minutes.

We will likely head back to Poznan on April 16th instead of the 17th and spend an extra day in Poznan.  With everything being pretty much closed and the weather being rather cold and wet over the Easter weekend we really didn't get to see everything yet.

To Uncle Richard and Bosha - Did you know that I can read chapter books now? I am reading the first Junie B. Jones chapter book. It is Jenna's I went to the book fair today and I got some Easter stencils. I might take them to school tomorrow and make a craft tomorrow because some people in my class are doing their pla. i did Cinderella and I am finished it. jack and the Beanstalk will do it tomorrow and we have to be quiet because they will be speaking into microphones that go into the computer. They click on the picture and speak. That is why we have to be quiet. I was going to use my new stencil because they are quiet. From Claire

  2. We didn't get to eat any. They were just starting to grow. And the Easter Bunny did come to Poland. We are having a hard time finding any food that is not what he get a home. Everything is pretty much the same. I was going to take a picture of the food at breakfast but we got up a little too late and there wasn't much left to take a picture of.
